Barakallahu feek. Islam is a beautiful religion and brotherhood in Islam is unique. It is apparent in our country between Muslims from luzon (who entered Islam later on in their lives) and Muslim from Mindanao. The two opposite sides of the country whose great grandfathers or father or relatives or perhaps they themselves once hated and butchered one another in the battle ground...only to become brothers with the mercy and guidance of Allah. I think It is beautiful :) MashaAllah. Reminds me of the story of "umar Al Khattab (radiallahu anhu) who went out of his house in search of the prophet sallahu alyhi wa sallam with the intention of killing The Prophet, only to return a Muslim and later on became our beloved Ameerul mu'mineen .

Alhamdulillahi Rabbil Aalameen. May Allah strengthen the bond of the Muslims in The phillipines and grant them wisdom to work for a common gaol - unified under the kalima "Laa Ilaaha Illallaah Muhammadur rasulullaah". Allahumma Ameen

The believing men and believing women are allies of one another. They enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Those - Allah will have mercy upon them. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise. (9:71)
