mga kapatid pwede ba paki explain ng mahigi itong hadith sahih muslim

mga kapatid pwede ba paki explain ng mahigi itong hadith sahih muslim especially yung naka bold na letra sa baba......on two weighty things...

narration attributed to Yazid b. Hayyan reports:

I went along with Husain b. Sabra and 'Umar b. Muslim to Zaid b. Arqam and, as we sat by his side, Husain said to him: Zaid. you have been able to acquire a great virtue that you saw Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) listened to his talk, fought by his side in (different) battles, offered prayer behind me. Zaid, you have in fact earned a great virtue. Zaid, narrate to us what you heard from Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him). He said: I have grown old and have almost spent my age and I have forgotten some of the things which I remembered in connection with Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him), so accept whatever I narrate to you, and which I do not narrate do not compel me to do that. He then said: One day Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) stood up to deliver sermon at a watering place known as Khumm situated between Mecca and Medina. He praised Allah, extolled Him and delivered the sermon and. exhorted (us) and said: Now to our purpose. O people, I am a human being. I am about to receive a messenger (the angel of death) from my Lord and I, in response to Allah's call, (would bid good-bye to you), but I am leaving among you two weighty things: the one being the Book of Allah in which there is right guidance and light, so hold fast to the Book of Allah and adhere to it. He exhorted (us) (to hold fast) to the Book of Allah and then said: The second are the members of my household I remind you (of your duties) to the members of my family. He (Husain) said to Zaid: Who are the members of his household? Aren't his wives the members of his family? Thereupon he said: His wives are the members of his family (but here) the members of his family are those for whom acceptance of Zakat is forbidden. And he said: Who are they? Thereupon he said: 'Ali and the offspring of 'Ali, 'Aqil and the offspring of 'Aqil and the offspring of Ja'far and the offspring of 'Abbas. Husain said: These are those for whom the acceptance of Zakat is forbidden. Zaid said: Yes."

assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

alhamdulillah, mashaAllah the reply of bro jibril patriarca according to its authentic sources is very clear and comprehensive.

Sahih (Authentic) Version

The more reliable version of Hadith al-Thaqlayn–and the one narrated in the Sahihayn–is as follows:

“I am going to leave with you two heavy burdens. The first of them is the Book of Allah: in it is the true guidance and the light. Therefore, hold fast to it.” Then he (the Prophet) prompted and induced the Muslims to adhere to the Book of God. Then he said: “And my household. I remind you of Allah in matters relating to my household. I remind you of Allah in matters relating to my household. I remind you of Allah in matters relating to my household.”

This version has been reported (with very minor variations, if any) in Sahih Muslim, Musnad Ahmad, Sunan Daarimiy, and others. In Sahih Muslim #5922, we also find that the following was said: “The Book of Allah contains right guidance, the light, and whoever adheres to it and holds it fast, he is upon right guidance and whosoever deviates from it goes astray.”

A similar narration has been accepted by the Shia, such as the following:

The Prophet replied: “One of them is the Book of Allah and the other one is my select progeny (Itrat), that is family (Ahlul-Bayt). Beware of how you behave (with) them when I am gone from amongst you, for Allah, the Merciful, has informed me that these two (i.e., Quran and Ahlul-Bayt) shall never separate from each other until they reach me in Heaven at the Pool (of al-Kawthar). I remind you, in the name of Allah, about my Ahlul-Bayt. I remind you, in the name of Allah, about my Ahlul-Bayt. Once more! I remind you, in the name of Allah, about my Ahlul-Bayt.

let us only summarize inshaAllah,

this hadith bro is being popularized by the shias to justify their utmost love for the ahlul bayt, the family of the prophet, sas, but they limit this only to fatimah and ali, radhi Allahu anhoma. but they reject other family members of the prophet, sas, such as her 3more daughters, Zaynab, Ruqayah and Umm Khultum, radhi Allahu anhonna,

and also rejected the other wives of the Prophet, sas, such as aisha, radhi Allahu anha, (the daughter of abu Bakr assidiq, radhi Allahu anhu, )who is one of the scholars of the qur'an and hadith, because she was the one who taught many muslimahs sahabahs and tabiins and those who follow after them, such as most of the sahih ahadith are from the narration of aisha, ra.

they rejected also the prophet's ,sas, wife hafsa, the daughter of Omar, radhi Allahu anhu.

they likwise rejected the uncle of the prophet, sas, Abbas and his family who were likwise the sahabahs and even scholars of islam, such as abdullah ibnu Abbas- the very first scientist of Islam. and many others.

whereas the mainstream muslims all love and respect all these family members of the prophet, sas. so infact it is the mainstream muslims such the ahlus sunnah wal jamma'a muslims, are the ones sticking to this two weighty things that are mentioned in this hadith, because they are the ones who adhere very well to the Qur'an as the source of the religion.

yet these shias are the ones who claim that the QUr'an is tampered and altered, thereby disbelieving in what Allah hath said in suratul hijr : 9 " innaa nahnu anzalnaadh dhikra (this qur'an) wa innaa lahu lahaafidhoon"- verily, We, it is We who have sent down the dhikr(Qur'an) and surely We shall guard it from corruption (or tampering and alteration).

so in short , let us not be fooled by those who invite you to this msileading path by following their own desires and fancies using this hadith and twist its real meaning to support their deviation from the right path. infact if you study deeply their belief and teachings they are encouraging shirk and bid'a which are both clear ways going to the hell fire.

The Quran and Sunnah

The Shia say:

The Hadeeth about Quran and Sunnah is weak and narrated by only 1 Sahabi, whereas the other Hadeeth (Quran and Ahl al-Bayt) is mutawattir and narrated by 35 Sahabah.

Answer by Shaikh Gibril Haddad:

The hadith in question (Quran and Sunnah) is not weak…(and it is narrated by) at least four different Companionsthe other hadith (Quran and Ahl al-Bayt) is not mutawatir as I already said…the hadith is NOT mutawatir nor narrated by anywhere near even 10 Sahaba. [Therefore, a similar number of Companions narrated BOTH Hadith, with perhaps only a couple more narrating the Hadith of the Quran and Ahl al-Bayt.]

Conclusion

The Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) was reminding the Muslims to take care of his family after his death (i.e. “Beware of how you behave with them when I am gone from amongst you”), and this is what is known as Hadith al-Thaqalayn. The Shia understanding of Hadith al-Thaqalayn is nothing short of deviancy and error; and inspite of their vociferous slogans claiming adherence to the two weighty objects, the Shia are in reality the worst and vilest deniers of the authenticity of the Book of Allah and the innocence of the entire Ahlel Bayt. We ask Allah to bless all of the Prophet’s family.
