alhamdulillah, u may take with u sis Al-fajr alarm clock, available in any arab countries, and after u set the time in philippines & date it will automatically give u adhan at its exact time every sallah every day as long as ur battery is good, inshaAllah. for the qibla sis usually facing the west, where the sun sets, because makkah is on that direction when we are in philippines. if u take with u a sajjadah with compass, then u will exactly see the qiblah
may find it here also sis, http://www.islamicfinder.org/world.php
if u find masjid in ur place then ul find also the qiblah and timing of adhan there,
may Allah continually guide us sis and make it easy for u the acts of worship in Islam, ameen

may Allah continually guide us all , ameen

Prayer Times software for cellfones are also downloadable at the ff sites; so you are always aware of prayer times where ever you go (as long as you have your cellfone with you)
http://www.islamicfinder.org/mobile/index.php
http://guidedways.com/index.php
1) download the appropriate software for your cellfone's brand and model, (i.e. nokia=.jar file format)
2) install the downloaded file to your celfone and configure your location to Manila (could be configured worldwide)
3) Configure the prayer time standard (i.e. Muslim World League)
4) Choose the alert sound to either silent, beep or makkah adhan
5) The Qibla direction and distance from Manila is automatically displayed with the installed prayer times.
Printable annual, monthly prayer times are also downloadable on the site mentioned above.
